Key responsibilities: ● Proven experience selling high-ticket custom solutions with a high closing ratio. ● Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. ● Ability to work remotely and manage your schedule effectively. ● Willingness to travel daily throughout your assigned location. ● Knowledge of building, construction, architecture, design, or furniture is a plus but not required. ● Proven track record of success in roofing sales or consulting roles ● Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques ● Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners ● Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities ● Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills ● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
