Production Coordinator

Dwyer Restoration is hiring a Project Coordinator in Converse, TX, paying $20 to $23 per hour with commission pay after 90 days. This is a full time, in person role for someone with at least 3 years of construction administrative support experience. You will keep restoration projects moving by managing schedules, tracking contracts and invoices, and helping project managers deliver on time.

• You bring at least 1 year of project coordination experience, the ability to read Xactimate scope of work, and experience in a CRM system (all a plus).

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Manage daily schedules for assigned project managers and tradesmen.

• Convert estimates into work orders and assign them to tradesmen and subcontractors.

• Complete and track contracts, invoices, submittals, estimates, and customer material allowances.

• Purchase materials, submit for construction permits, order Itel reports, and follow up on backordered items.

• Complete work orders and purchase orders in our project software (PSA) and submit them for payment.

• Audit assigned jobs weekly, update task status, scan receipts and change orders to the job file, and attend weekly L10 meetings.
