What You Will Do Each Day: • Manage daily schedules for assigned project managers and tradesmen. • Convert estimates into work orders and assign them to tradesmen and subcontractors. • Complete and track contracts, invoices, submittals, estimates, and customer material allowances. • Purchase materials, submit for construction permits, order Itel reports, and follow up on backordered items. • Complete work orders and purchase orders in our project software (PSA) and submit them for payment. • Audit assigned jobs weekly, update task status, scan receipts and change orders to the job file, and attend weekly L10 meetings.
