We are hiring an experienced Restoration Estimator in San Antonio, TX, with earnings of $75,000 to $120,000 per year on a base plus commission structure. You will build precise Xactimate estimates that set every residential and commercial project up to succeed, while helping us grow into the Austin market. What You Will Do Each Day: • Review docu-sketches to determine scope of work and damage. • Develop detailed Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial jobs. • Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams. • Manage approvals, supplements, and change orders proactively. • Maintain meticulous records of costs and project details. • Climb ladders and inspect roofing when the job calls for it.
