Office Admin and Sales CSR

All Aqua Pools is hiring an Office Admin and Sales CSR in New Smyrna Beach, FL. This onsite role pays a base salary plus commission on the sales you help close. You will be the right hand of our sales team and a trained backup for our lead administrator, so the office never misses a beat when she is out.

Who You Are:

• You bring hands on experience with QuickBooks, including sending invoices

• You bring comfort working in a CRM and keeping records current

• You bring a track record of supporting sales follow up and helping close deals

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Support the sales team and help move open deals toward signed contracts

• Follow up with prospects and keep every touchpoint updated in the CRM

• Send invoices through QuickBooks and keep billing on track

• Open and close the office and keep front office operations running smoothly

• Call in warranty items and coordinate follow through with the team

• Step in as backup for our lead administrator when she is out
