Water/Fire/Mold Technician

No experience required- we will train the right people.

Compensation: Negotiable- depends on experience and training. Starting pay minimum $22 per hour.

Additional Bonuses are available as well. Our newest technician is paid approx. $30 per hour after bonuses.

Employment type: Full Time- Occasional Nights, Weekends and Holidays are required plus a rotating on-call shift will be required

Job Functions and Qualifications:

• Great work ethic

• Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations as needed

• Perform mold remediation

• Perform fire damage cleaning

• Treat customers and team members with respect

• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Great attitude!

• Good communication and social skills

• Must be reliable

• Must be able to pass a background check (theft convictions will not be waived)

• Must possess valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

• No drug or alcohol problems

• Must be reasonably physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds

• Maintain appearance and demeanor representative of the FrontLine image.

• Inspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets quality standards and meets or exceeds customer expectations

Preferred Experience:

• Military and/or IICRC or similar certifications

Additional training will be provided
