Join Our Team at Clean Power Wash
Clean Power Wash, LLC has been a trusted leader in residential and commercial exterior cleaning for over 20 years. As the largest exterior cleaning brand in our region, we are growing and looking for a highly organized, motivated Office Assistant to support daily operations and grow within our company.
This is not an entry-level position, we’re looking for someone who wants long-term opportunity and the ability to take on increasing responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do:
• Support daily office operations and assist field staff
• Handle incoming customer calls, scheduling, and invoicing
• Manage internal communications, documentation, and office systems
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling software
• Assist with payroll processing and administrative tasks
• Take ownership of projects as responsibilities expand
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and software
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
• Interested in long-term growth within the company
Compensation: $19–$23 per hour
Pay based on experience and skills.
