Construction and Restoration Sales Manager

Delta Construction and Restoration is hiring a Construction & Restoration Sales Manager to own the Memphis, TN territory and build referral relationships with insurance agents and fire departments across the metro. On-target earnings are $52,000 to $175,000 per year (draw plus uncapped commission plus bonuses). This role requires both proven sales experience and real construction or restoration industry experience, because you will be talking shop with adjusters, agents, and fire officials who can tell the difference.

• You bring 2 plus years of customer-facing sales experience and direct experience in construction, restoration, or a closely related trade

• You bring a valid driver's license

What You Will Do Each Day

• Execute a Target Marketing Plan focused on insurance agents and fire departments

• Build a structured call and visit rotation across your assigned territory

• Document every call, visit, email, and presentation in the company CRM

• Generate qualified leads that convert to job starts across our service lines

• Deliver lunch-and-learns and CE presentations to referral partners

• Coordinate warm handoffs between referral sources, property owners, and our operations team
