Blue Gander Window Cleaning is hiring a Sales Representative in Boise, ID. This is a full-time, onsite role with total compensation of $50,000 to $85,000 per year ($35,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses). You will be the front line of growth for a company backed by 47 years of window cleaning expertise, connecting with homeowners and businesses across the Treasure Valley.

What You Will Do Each Day
Generate new qualified leads through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking events
Send quotes promptly and follow up consistently until every prospect has a clear answer
Close residential and commercial service opportunities across the Treasure Valley
Maintain a clean, organized CRM with every customer interaction documented
Attend weekly sales huddles and collaborate with the team on strategy and results
Represent Blue Gander professionally in the field and at community networking groups
