Window Cleaning Technician
Blue Gander Window Cleaning is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician in Boise, ID, with starting pay of $18 per hour and most team members earning $19 to $22 per hour within a few months, plus tips, productivity bonuses, and seasonal incentives. You will work daytime weekday routes cleaning windows, gutters, and exteriors across the Treasure Valley, with holiday lighting installation added October through December. Who You Are • You take pride in finishing a route well and seeing the visible difference your work makes for each property. • You believe in showing up ready to work, with hard work, respect, and organized days as the standard. • You love working outdoors and staying active rather than sitting at a desk. • You are coachable and want to grow your skills and your earnings as you go. • You are the kind of teammate who supports the crew and keeps tools and trucks ready for the next stop. • You bring the physical fitness to lift and carry a 63-pound ladder, work at heights of one to three stories or more, and stay on your feet and active throughout a full shift. What You Will Do Each Day • Clean windows on residential and commercial properties throughout the Boise area. • Clean gutters and pressure wash exteriors as part of regular service routes. • Install holiday lighting from October through December. • Use a smartphone for job tracking, communication, and basic reporting. • Take care of tools, trucks, and equipment so the next job starts smoothly.
