What You’ll Do As our Sales Representative, you’re the front line of growth. You’ll connect with potential clients, follow up with precision, and help people experience the Blue Gander difference. Your Weekly Rhythm: Generate 15+ new qualified leads Send quotes within 24 hours of first contact Follow up every 48 hours until the customer decides Close at 55%+ with a $350+ average ticket Make 100 cold calls and 25 in-person visits weekly Keep our CRM updated with customer interactions Attend Monday morning sales huddles Show up sharp, professional, and ready to win Actively participate in multiple networking events and leads groups per week If you come to work, follow the process, and hit your numbers, you’ll be recognized and rewarded.
