Remote Appointment Setter

AA Total Painting is hiring a Remote Appointment Setter. Pay is $17 to $30 per hour. Prior appointment setting or sales experience helps but is not required, as long as you communicate clearly on the phone and in writing. You will be the first voice a homeowner hears when they call about a paint job, and the person who gets their free estimate on the calendar.

• We aim for honest communication from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Answer inbound calls and questions from people looking for painting work.

• Call leads in our CRM and follow up on estimates that have not closed.

• Book free estimate appointments for our Project Consultants.

• Keep CRM records accurate and current.

• Coordinate consultant calendars so the days run tight.

• Reach customers by phone, text, and email.
