You will own painting projects from first call to final walkthrough, keeping crews staffed, customers updated, and every job finished to a five-star standard. Customer service experience is preferred, and no project management background is needed because we train you. Who You Are: • You take pride in finishing a job so well that the homeowner notices the small details no one asked you to handle. • You love working with people and make customers feel heard, even when they are upset. • You are the organized one others rely on to keep a dozen moving parts on schedule. • You are comfortable walking into a customer's home to talk through their project face to face. • You bring strong communication skills, solid CRM and technology skills, and a willingness to follow company systems and processes. • You bring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record, plus the ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs and drive to several job sites each day. • You bring authorization to work in the U.S. and can commute to the office 3 to 5 times a week (Spanish fluency is a plus).
