Excellent Exteriors is hiring a Customer Sales Representative in Locust Grove, VA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $50,000 to $75,000 per year. You will be the first voice customers hear and the person responsible for turning inquiries into booked jobs for one of Virginia's highest-rated exterior cleaning companies with over 800 Google reviews.

You bring strong communication skills and at least 1 year of sales or appointment-setting experience

What You Will Do Each Day
Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
Provide service recommendations and estimates based on customer needs
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
Follow up with leads and past customers to keep the pipeline active
Upsell additional services when appropriate to maximize every customer interaction
Process payments and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
