About This Role
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who is as committed to craftsmanship and customer care as we are.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform expert HVAC repairs, including on furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct professional HVAC installations for air conditioners, furnaces, and complete systems.
- Provide regular maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Respond to emergency service calls to restore heating or cooling.
- Engage with customers to assess and meet their HVAC needs."
About You – Qualifications & Traits
- Several years (ideally 2+ years) of HVAC experience, with a strong foundation in diagnostics and repair.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details in terms customers understand.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and safety-minded.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $65,000-$85,000/yr
