The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations and overall performance of the branch, including direct leadership of both office and field teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability. The Branch Manager may also serve as an Estimator or Project Team Leader on large losses while supporting broader operational needs.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and hold field and office teams accountable to performance goals
Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all projects
Manage staffing, equipment, and resources to maintain production capacity
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for Estimators and Project Team Leaders
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Review and approve job costing and billing in a timely manner
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
Partner with senior leadership to address challenges and drive branch growth
Maintain overall branch facility operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in operations, production, or management
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Valid driver’s license required

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Lead, manage and hold field perssonel countable for individual and Company established goals
• Manage branch budget; review and analyze branch financials
• Ensure customer satisfaction while producing work safely, on-time and within budget
• Maintain production capacity through adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies management
• Hire, train, develop and manage branch employees.
• Manage numbers to ensure Estimators and Project Team Leaders are meeting and exceeding KPIs on a daily,
weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Develop and implement strategic plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
• Ensure effective control of branch results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of corporate
objectives falls within designated budgets
• Conduct annual performance reviews for all branch employees
• Ensure branch facility maintenance and upkeep
• Review and approve job final and billing reports within established timeframes
• Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss current challenges and future branch opportunities
• Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
• Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree (B.A.)
• Minimum Experience: Over five (5+) years of experience in a production or management role.
• Valid Driver’s License
