About This Role

The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the of the branch, including direct

oversight of office and field personnel. The Branch Manager may serve as an Estimator/ Project Team Leader of large

losses; and/or any other role as needed for the Branch’s benefit.

Requirements

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Lead, manage and hold field perssonel countable for individual and Company established goals • Manage branch budget; review and analyze branch financials • Ensure customer satisfaction while producing work safely, on-time and within budget • Maintain production capacity through adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies management • Hire, train, develop and manage branch employees. • Manage numbers to ensure Estimators and Project Team Leaders are meeting and exceeding KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis • Develop and implement strategic plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives • Ensure effective control of branch results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of corporate objectives falls within designated budgets • Conduct annual performance reviews for all branch employees • Ensure branch facility maintenance and upkeep • Review and approve job final and billing reports within established timeframes • Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss current challenges and future branch opportunities • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements • Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor Education and/or Experience and Qualifications • Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree (B.A.) • Minimum Experience: Over five (5+) years of experience in a production or management role. • Valid Driver’s License Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office • Expected to have strong analytical skills • Expected to interact positively with other employees of all levels • Expected to exhibit adaptability, flexibility, self-control and maturity in work and behavior • Expected to recognize situations that require notification of a manager • Expected to analyze, interpret and communicate data effectively both verbally and in writing • Expected to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership • Expected to complete assignments with promptness and accuracy Financial Responsibility • Expected to help establish and stay within budget set with Vice President Management / Supervisory Authority • Expected to manage assigned employees
