Marketing Intern (Videography/Social Media)

Derheim Painting is hiring a part-time Marketing Intern in Ardmore, OK. Pay is $15 to $25 per hour based on experience, up to 20 hours per week. You must live in or near Ardmore and know your way around a camera, because you'll be on real job sites capturing the moments a house goes from tired to transformed.

• You are the kind of person who manages your own week and delivers without anyone checking in.

• You bring basic filming, photography, and content organization skills.

• You bring reliable transportation to travel between job sites and the office, plus the organizational habits to hit weekly and monthly content goals.

Who We Are:

• Derheim Painting started with interior and exterior painting in 2020.

• Over five years we added the trades our customers asked for, including cabinet refinishing, drywall, carpentry, paint-grade siding, and seamless gutters.

• One crew handles the whole residential project. We do not subcontract your project to a stranger.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Meet weekly at our office to plan content around upcoming job sites, client testimonials, and community events.

• Capture photo and video at job sites, including before-and-afters, b-roll, and action shots.

• Build and manage a content calendar with weekly and monthly goals.

• Organize and label raw footage for our marketing team to edit.

• Deliver consistent content packages on schedule.
