
TopTech Electric & Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Sales Supervisor for our Drain and Sewer Division in Richland Hills, TX, with commission-based pay and leadership incentives reaching up to $150,000 per year. You'll lead our sales technicians, drive revenue across the market, and stay hands-on with sewer camera inspections to help your team close more jobs.

What You'll Do Each Day
Lead and manage drain and sewer sales performance across the market.
Run sewer camera inspections and support technicians on solution design.
Coach and mentor sales technicians on closing strategies and customer communication.
Monitor KPIs including average ticket, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Hold the team to our structured sales process and service standards.
Partner with operations leadership to drive efficiency and profitability.
