Residential and Commercial - Lead Sales Representative

$65,000 base salary with 3% commission and bonus opportunities.

We are looking for someone who understands plant materials, can estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs, and is confident selling project-based projects.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Schedule and run sales appointments with commercial and residential prospects

• Estimate landscape projects including mulch, installs, patios, and retaining walls

• Sell and manage commercial maintenance contracts

• Maintain a clean, organized sales pipeline inside the CRM

• Follow up quickly and consistently with every prospect

• Hand off closed jobs to operations with complete details so execution is seamless

Job Qualifications

• Experience in residential and commercial landscaping

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Clean driving record

• Ability and comfort in driving a truck, including during winter conditions for snow removal

• Documented success in landscaping sales

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology

• Must live within a 20-mile commute of Greenwood, IN
