What You Will Do Each Day • Lead a landscape crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently. • Read plans, set grades, and ensure proper drainage and base prep. • Operate skid loaders, mini excavators, compactors, and trenchers. • Install hardscapes, plantings, sod, mulch, edging, walls, and patios. • Track labor hours and report progress and material needs to operations. • Coach crew members and help develop future leaders. You will own the sales pipeline for commercial maintenance contracts, landscape enhancements, and snow services.
