• You take pride in keeping subs on schedule and never letting a job sit idle waiting on a call that should already have been made

• You are comfortable in construction management software and you pick up new systems fast

• You love reading a job in real time and knowing immediately whether it is tracking right or sliding off margin

• You believe in same-day callbacks, clear writing, and hard conversations handled head on

• You bring a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, and prior pool construction experience

• Track budget versus actual, identify back charges, and protect job margin

• Oversee the final walkthrough and punch list completion
