We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Project Manager who can confidently lead teams and manage production from start to finish. This role is critical to ensuring crews are supported, projects are completed on time and within budget, and every client receives an excellent experience. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Train Crew Leaders and painters in alignment with company SOPs
Monitor and ensure production goals and KPIs are consistently met
Identify high-performing team members and support their growth
Proactively resolve job site challenges and operational issues
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support business growth
Project Execution & Job Site Oversight
Maintain daily communication with crews to track job progress
Monitor job sites and provide real-time feedback to ensure efficiency and quality
Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize callbacks
Oversee review collection and ensure all jobs meet company standards
Confirm all materials and job details are prepared before project start
Pre-Job Setup
Review sales notes and convert them into clear work orders and daily checklists
Set up Slack channels with all job-specific information
Communicate with customers prior to start date (colors, scope, materials, etc.)
Ensure crews are fully prepared and equipped for scheduled work
Post-Job Closeout
Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met
Collect documentation, submit change orders, and finalize invoicing
Ensure payment is received within 24 hours of completion (excluding remodelers)
Secure Google reviews and support company-wide review goals
Administrative & Reporting
Send daily schedules to all crews by 4:00 PM
Review field updates and adjust schedules as needed
Track weekly production metrics and assist with inventory planning
Participate in weekly job costing reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Previous experience in construction or painting project management
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Knowledge of project scheduling, team supervision, and quality control
Tech-savvy; comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, and Estimate Rocket (preferred)
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$80,000 per year, plus performance bonuses
