Production Manager

Seminole Ventures Painting is hiring a Production Manager in Tallahassee, FL. Pay runs $45,000 to $100,000 a year for someone with a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of project management experience in home services. You will run job sites from walkthrough to final walkthrough, keeping crews on schedule and homeowners informed.

• You bring five years of CRM experience (painting experience is a plus), day shift availability, and the flexibility to travel up to half the time.

• You bring English fluency (Spanish is a plus), a vehicle that can carry your tools, paint, and ladders, and a project management certification, or the will to earn one.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Manage job sites from walkthrough through completion, setting the plan and keeping crews on track.

• Check in daily, offering on-site support and solving problems as they come up.

• Hold job sites to company quality and cleanliness standards.

• Coordinate schedules with homeowners and the admin team, and document change orders.

• Track expenses, run final walkthroughs, collect payments, and help onboard new laborers.
