AP/AR Accounting Specialist

Velocity Trade Partners is hiring an AP/AR Accounting Specialist for a fully remote role. Pay is $22,000 to $55,000 per year depending on experience level. You need AP/AR and general accounting knowledge, and QuickBooks Online experience is preferred. You will run vendor invoices and reconciliations for a finance department that supports several companies at once.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Manage multiple AP email inboxes and process and categorize vendor invoices.

• Reconcile vendor statements and identify discrepancies.

• Export and reconcile invoices into QuickBooks.

• Match bank transactions.

• Assist with AP/AR and bank reconciliations.

• Raise questions to teammates when accounting treatment is unclear.
