Production & Operations Assistant

The Label Group is hiring a Production and Operations Assistant in Springfield, MA. This is a hands-on role where you learn screen printing and digital printing from the ground up, set up equipment, and help get real orders out the door for businesses across the region.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Set up screens, printers, and production equipment.

• Operate and troubleshoot production machinery.

• Prepare artwork and confirm customer specifications.

• Talk with customers by phone and reply by email.

• Package, ship, and handle deliveries.

• Maintain equipment and keep the facility organized.
