The Label Group is hiring a Production and Operations Assistant in Springfield, MA. This is a hands-on role where you learn screen printing and digital printing from the ground up, set up equipment, and help get real orders out the door for businesses across the region. Who You Are • You take pride in finishing a job right, down to the details no one asked you to check. • You love working with your hands, tools, and machinery every day. • You are mechanically inclined and pick up new equipment quickly. • You are the dependable teammate others count on to show up and follow through. • You want a long-term career, not just a paycheck, and you want to grow into a foreman or leadership role over time. • You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and you can commute to our Springfield office (within about 20 miles). • You bring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a production shift. Who We Are • We are a second-generation specialty printing company built on quality, craftsmanship, and straight dealing. • We provide screen printing and digital printing, from one-off custom work to large runs. • We serve logistics, manufacturing, contracting, trucking, healthcare, and waste management companies, and many others. What You Will Do Each Day • Set up screens, printers, and production equipment. • Operate and troubleshoot production machinery. • Prepare artwork and confirm customer specifications. • Talk with customers by phone and reply by email. • Package, ship, and handle deliveries. • Maintain equipment and keep the facility organized.
