Outside Sales Representative

Derheim Painting is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative in Ardmore, OK. Pay is $60,000 to $120,000 per year, with paid training up front and uncapped commission after that. You'll run 3 or more in-home appointments a day with homeowners, scope their projects, and close the deal yourself.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run sales appointments with homeowners using company-provided and self-generated leads.

• Present solutions using our F7 Sales Operating System.

• Scope projects accurately with estimating software.

• Follow up on open proposals until they close or are disqualified.

• Keep your pipeline full and deliver a 5-star experience on every visit.
