Job Overview

Position: US Estimator

Salary: $1,100 - $1,200USD/month

Schedule: Philippines Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

Location: Remote (100% Permanent WFH)

Job role:

ProfitWorks is expanding! We are seeking a highly skilled US Estimator with a focus on HVAC components to support our growing operations across multiple service-based companies. You’ll work closely with department leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and produce high-quality estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, grills, fans, heaters, air handlers, and related equipment.

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for projects spanning commercial painting, architectural millwork, and HVAC systems.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost accuracy and project efficiency.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of estimates, vendor communications, and project assumptions.

• Utilize construction takeoff software (Togal AI, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.) with HVAC component functionality.

• Oversee system access, updates, and technical issue resolution.

Support service-based companies in integrating CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) with dashboards for cost, sales, revenue, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimation and quantity takeoffs for HVAC systems.

• Familiarity with HVAC components (ductwork, air handlers, fans, heaters, grills, etc.).

• Experience with US-based teams or companies.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects.

• Experience with CRMs and construction/trades software such as Building Connect, Buildertrend, or similar.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems proactively.
