What You Will Do Each Day:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery in both food service and retail.

• Lead your team in creating an unforgettable guest experience using SSA EXTRA Guest Service.

• Manage inventory, prep, staffing, and guest interactions.

• Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained in food handling and storage.

• Track waste reduction and contribute to our sustainability efforts.
