Operations Administrative Assistant

JT Restoration is hiring an Operations Administrative Assistant in Delray Beach, FL. Pay is $18 to $20 per hour. You need a high school diploma or GED, and 2 or more years of administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience is preferred. You will answer calls, process new loss assignments, and keep files accurate from first call to final report.

• You bring proficiency with Microsoft Office and pick up new software fast. Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Answer and route calls, emails, and requests from customers, vendors, insurers, and the team.

• Process and dispatch new losses, leads, assignments, and vendor program requests.

• Keep project and customer information accurate in the CRM and other systems.

• Review files for accuracy, then process and distribute reports.

• Run reports and work queues to catch missing information and follow through.
