Conduct on-site estimates, propose tailored painting solutions, and secure contracts to drive business growth. Contribute to the company’s revenue targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Conduct detailed on-site assessments and produce accurate estimates for painting projects. -Propose effective, customized painting solutions to meet customer needs. -Negotiate and close contracts confidently and professionally. -Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. -Schedule and attend on-site visits for project assessments and estimates. -Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to discuss project requirements. -Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. -Collaborate with project managers and painting crews to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
