At least 2 years of work experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience using technology (like a CRM) to input project Familiarity with painting processes is a plus. Familiarity with construction is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with a vehicle provided after 90 day training period.
Fully commissioned painting sales role Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients within the painting services sector. Conduct on-site estimates, propose tailored painting solutions, and secure contracts to drive business growth. Contribute to the company’s revenue targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Conduct detailed on-site assessments and produce accurate estimates for painting projects. -Propose effective, customized painting solutions to meet customer needs. -Negotiate and close contracts confidently and professionally. -Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. -Schedule and attend on-site visits for project assessments and estimates. -Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to discuss project requirements. -Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. -Collaborate with project managers and painting crews to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
