Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct detailed on-site assessments and produce accurate estimates for painting projects. • Propose effective, customized painting solutions to meet customer needs. • Negotiate and close contracts confidently and professionally. • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. • Schedule and attend on-site visits for project assessments and estimates. • Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to discuss project requirements. • Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. • Collaborate with project managers and painting crews to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Salary $46,000 base salary + commission -On target earnings $80,000-140,000 (Uncapped Commissions) Benefits: 15 days PTO 5 paid holidays Monthly travel stipend
