Customer Service Representative

Velocity Trade Partners is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative, with pay of $20 to $25 per hour plus booking incentives. You will be the first voice customers hear when something at their home or on their property is not working, booking service calls and turning inbound contacts into trusted long-term relationships across our national network of Home Services and Underground Infrastructure brands.

• You bring at least one year of call center or customer service experience, a warm and confident phone presence, and strong typing and computer skills.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Answer inbound calls from customers across our national network and book service calls, maintenance visits, and estimates into ServiceTitan.

• Use proven call scripts and probing questions to convert inquiries into booked jobs while building trust with the customer.

• Make outbound calls for membership renewals, maintenance reminders, estimate follow-ups, and reschedule recovery.

• Promote membership programs, maintenance plans, and recommended services in a consultative way.

• Document every call accurately in ServiceTitan with clean notes, tags, and dispositions.

• Partner with Dispatch and Field Supervisors to keep the schedule full and the customer informed.
