Sales Representative - HVAC & Plumbing

Ascent Multifamily Solutions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay runs $52,000 to $130,000 per year, base plus uncapped commission. You need proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, home services, or another in-home sales setting, plus real comfort generating your own leads through door-to-door canvassing. This is a full-cycle role, not a desk waiting on qualified leads.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Prospect new work through outbound activity and door-to-door canvassing.

• Run in-home consultations and recommend the right HVAC, water heater, or plumbing solution.

• Prepare quotes, walk customers through options and financing, and close the sale.

• Build relationships with property managers and multi-family owners for repeat work.

• Follow up on open proposals and track your pipeline in the company CRM.
