About This Role
Force Roofing Systems is hiring a Controller in Franklin, TN. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $80,000 to $110,000 per year. You will own the financial operations of a roofing and construction company, managing everything from job costing and budgeting to payroll and HR, while supervising an Office Admin.

You bring 3 to 5 years of controller experience in the construction industry and proficiency in QuickBooks

What You Will Do Each Day
Manage the full financial structure including P&L reporting, balance sheets, A/P, A/R, and budgeting
Run job costing across active projects and track profitability
Process payroll, manage benefits administration, and oversee employee onboarding
Handle vendor payments, subcontractor compliance (W9s, COIs), and bid bond documentation
Maintain bank accounts, company credit cards, and aged receivables reporting
Supervise an Office Admin and delegate operational tasks as needed
