Finance Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Finance Operations Specialist. You need about 3 years in finance, accounting, AP, AR, payroll, or finance operations, with ServiceTitan experience as a plus, and you will cross train across AP, AR, and Payroll to help cover the team.

Who You Are:

• You will not let a number sit unreconciled. You dig into a discrepancy and know when to loop in the Head of Finance.

• You stay organized when priorities pile up, and keep Operations and Finance on the same page.

• You are eager to learn every corner of Finance so you can step in wherever the team needs you.

• You bring hands on AP, AR, and Payroll experience, plus strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Who We Are:

• We acquire plumbing, drain, and electrical businesses and grow them stronger.

• Our plumbing and drain businesses become Underground Infrastructure Specialists, and our electrical companies become full service electrical providers.

• We are hiring confidentially and share our name once we are talking.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Reconcile purchase orders against vendor statements and follow up on missing documentation.

• Reconcile customer and job financials in ServiceTitan, including matching deposited checks to what is owed.

• Research discrepancies in jobs, invoices, payments, and customer balances with Operations.

• Support the Head of Finance with special projects, and back up AP, AR, and Payroll when a teammate is out.
