What You'll Do
- Generate, manage, and close leads through self-generation, referrals, and local networking.
- Conduct exterior inspections and consult with homeowners to uncover needs.
- Deliver value-based presentations, explain financing options, and guide upgrades.
- Use CRM to produce estimates and maintain customer relationships.
- Represent Action Exteriors with professionalism and accountability while closing deals.
What You Won’t Do
- No material ordering, subcontractor scheduling, or supplement writing.
- No back-office paperwork burdens (admin team handles it)
