Sales Representative - Roofing

When storms roll through DFW, roofs get wrecked and homeowners are left overwhelmed, unsure where to start and who to trust. This is where Action Exteriors steps in to establish trust, build value, and deliver an amazing final product.

We're growing our team and looking for people who are competitive and ready to work for a paycheck that reflects their effort and skill. No roofing background needed. No sales resume required. What You'll Do

• Provide free roof inspections for homeowners affected by storm damage (we sell windows and siding as well - prove you can sell roofs and you can add those to your sales process)

• Help customers understand the insurance claim process

• Take photos and document storm damage

• Serve as the homeowner's main point of contact throughout the process.

• Generate, manage, and close leads through self-generation, referrals, and local networking

What You Won’t Do

• No material ordering (admin team handles it)

• No subcontractor scheduling (admin team handles it)

• No involvement with insurance back and forth (admin team handles it)

• No supplement writing (admin team handles it)

• No back-office paperwork burdens (admin team handles it)

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: 100% Commission (completely uncapped)

• Pay Structure: Based on job revenue (clear and fast payment)

• Quarterly performance bonuses

• On-Target Earnings: $65,000 – $175,000+ per year

Requirements

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license

• Confidence, great people skills, strong work ethic

• Comfortable with outbound sales (door-to-door, cold calling, networking, social selling)

• Comfortable on roofs and ladders

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
