No experience necessary. We provide the training and tools to make you an expert. What You'll Do • Generate, manage, and close leads through self-generation, referrals, and local networking • Close deals from our marketing and canvassing leads • Conduct exterior inspections and consult with homeowners to uncover needs • Deliver value-based presentations, explain financing options, and guide upgrades • Use CRM to produce estimates and maintain customer relationships • Represent Action Exteriors with professionalism and accountability while closing deals What You Won’t Do • No material ordering (admin team handles it) • No subcontractor scheduling (admin team handles it) • No involvement with insurance back and forth (admin team handles it) • No supplement writing (admin team handles it) • No back-office paperwork burdens (admin team handles it) Benefits • Option for straight commission or base pay with commission • Quarterly performance bonuses • On-Target Earnings: $65,000 – $175,000+ per year • Paid initial training • Flexible schedule • Referral program • Company vehicle • Fuel card • iPhone Requirements • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle • Comfortable with outbound sales (door-to-door, cold calling, networking, social selling) • Comfortable on roofs and ladders and entering customers’ homes to consult • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
