What You'll Do • Provide free roof inspections for homeowners affected by storm damage (we sell windows and siding as well - prove you can sell roofs and you can add those to your sales process) • Help customers understand the insurance claim process • Take photos and document storm damage • Serve as the homeowner's main point of contact throughout the process. • Generate, manage, and close leads through self-generation, referrals, and local networking What You Won’t Do • No material ordering (admin team handles it) • No subcontractor scheduling (admin team handles it) • No involvement with insurance back and forth (admin team handles it) • No supplement writing (admin team handles it) • No back-office paperwork burdens (admin team handles it) Pay and Benefits • Pay: 100% Commission (completely uncapped) • Pay Structure: Based on job revenue (clear and fast payment) • Quarterly performance bonuses • On-Target Earnings: $65,000 – $175,000+ per year • Flexible schedule • Referral program • iPhone • All necessary software Requirements • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license • Confidence, great people skills, strong work ethic • Comfortable with outbound sales (door-to-door, cold calling, networking, social selling) • Comfortable on roofs and ladders • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
