We are seeking an experienced in-house sales professional with remodeling knowledge who can manage the sales process independently and close projects confidently. This is NOT an Entry-Level Role: This position is for someone who already knows how to sell. Limited sales training is provided upfront. Responsibilities: ● Calling/scheduling leads ● Meeting with homeowners for in-home sales appointments ● Present remodeling solutions clearly and professionally ● Taking info/measurements ● Building estimates using our catalog in BuilderTrend ● Manage follow-up and your active pipeline ● Communicate project details accurately to the production team ● Represent Ebersole Remodeling professionally at all times Requirements: ●Proven experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or remodeling sales ●Strong closing skills and confidence discussing high-value projects ●Ability to work independently with minimal oversight ●Excellent communication and organizational skills ●Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license ●Comfortable using email, estimating software, and CRM tools ●Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to use for work ●At least 1 year of sales experience in kitchen, bathroom, or basement remodeling ●At least 1 year of construction experience in any role ●Adaptable and resourceful ●Organized and process-oriented ●Familiar with Sandler sales method (preferred) Preferred: ● Experience with a sales method (such as Sandler Sales Method) What We Offer: ● Base Salary + Commission ● Qualified Leads (no cold calling or door knocking) ● Straightforward process with clear expectations ● A quality-focused company that values professionalism and results ● A designer that can build 2D/3D models for you ● Small company environment and culture Benefits: ● Vacation ● PTO ● Holiday Pay ● 401K Ideal Candidate: You’ve sold remodeling or home improvement before. The Opportunity We are looking for a Remodeling Project Lead who is passionate about craftsmanship, leadership, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is responsible for leading remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to our high standards, while coordinating with the team and communicating with clients. What You’ll Do: -Lead and perform hands-on installation work on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and remodeling projects -Manage one active job site at a time from start to finish -Work closely with the Project Manager to execute the project plan -Direct and mentor installers and apprentices on the jobsite -Read and follow drawings, 3D models, and material specifications -Ensure work is completed to company standards for quality and craftsmanship -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site -Coordinate day-to-day activities with subcontractors on site -Communicate job progress, challenges, and needs to the Project Manager -Address minor field decisions and problem-solve installation challenges -Take ownership of job site outcomes, workmanship, and customer experience What We’re Looking For: -5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience -Proven ability to lead a job site and small crew -Strong hands-on skills in framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling work -Ability to read plans, models, and scopes of work -High standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism -Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required hand tools -Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude What We Offer: -Competitive pay based on experience -Growth opportunities with a clear career advancement pathway -Paid time off, including sick days, holiday pay, and vacation pay -401K retirement plan -A supportive and growth-oriented team culture -Local work—no long-distance travel required Please note: We do not offer health insurance at this time.
