Total Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager in Waterloo, IL to lead our residential roofing sales team. You will earn a $70,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $140,000 to $160,000 per year. We need someone with at least 2 years of proven sales experience who can sell in the field on day one, then build and lead the team that takes over. What You Will Do Each Day: • Sell roofing projects in the field and carry your own production from day one. • Meet homeowners, walk roofs, and guide them through insurance and storm damage claims. • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as you build out the team. • Build the tracking and accountability systems the team runs on. • Coordinate between sales and operations so everyone stays informed.
