You will manage accounts payable, schedule estimates for salespeople, and keep the office moving for a painting company that has served Maryland for over 40 years. What You Will Do Each Day: • Receive, code, and enter accounts payable invoices, then reconcile vendor statements. • Administer 401k, health, and dental benefits and complete new hire paperwork. • Answer phones, schedule estimator appointments, and take leads. • Maintain and order office supplies. • Maintain customer files. Company vehicle or allowance included. OT available. Schedule & Location: Monday–Friday, 7am–3:15pm with overtime as needed. Based in Severna Park, MD.
