Renew Painting is hiring an Office Administrator to support our team and keep the office running smoothly. Who We Are: * Renew Painting provides cabinet refinishing, interior painting, exterior services, popcorn removal, and color consultation. * We operate with integrity, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship. * We focus on renewing people, places, and expectations across the Carolinas. What You Will Do Each Day: * Serve as the first point of contact when customers call the office. * Own the intake process from initial inquiry through scheduling quote appointments. * Maintain leads and notes in the CRM and ensure details stay up to date. * Coordinate quote schedules and help build efficient sales routes. * Support basic marketing execution (newsletters, materials ordering) and keep tools organized. * Keep the office organized, manage supplies, and support digital file/Drive organization. * Assist the team with documents/spreadsheets and occasional billing/job costing support.
