Daily Tasks: The Landscape Maintenance Technician will be responsible for working with 1-2 crew members, and equipment operation as well as ensuring that all assigned projects are well-maintained and well execute. Typical assigned jobs include but are not limited to: commercial and residential mowing, trimming, spraying/spreading of pesticides, fertilization of lawns, shrub pruning, mulching, leaf removals, plant installations, installation of river rock. It’s important that jobs be carried out with attention to detail. Landscape Construction Foreman — High-End Outdoor Living Local Roots Landscaping | Pittsburgh (report to North Versailles shop) | Full-Time $25–$40/hr + bonus opportunities (DOE) | 40–55 hrs/week You’re a foreman who cares about doing it right — clean layout, tight lines, solid base, walls that last, and a crew that gets better because you’re leading it. At Local Roots, foremen are not micromanaged — they get trusted, supported, and held accountable. We build high-end outdoor living spaces and we take pride in craftsmanship and professionalism on every site.
