Waste Water Treatment Operator

Sewer Treatment Specialist is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Waste Water Treatment Operator to join our growing team in Denham Springs, LA.

What You’ll Do:

-Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance with regulations

-Monitor system performance, take accurate readings, and keep precise records

-Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and physical labor as needed

-Troubleshoot and make basic repairs to equipment in the field

-Work outdoors in all weather conditions

-Be on-call one week every 6–8 weeks

Who You Are:

-Quick learner with strong mechanical aptitude

-Comfortable working with your hands in a wastewater treatment environment

-Background in wastewater treatment, construction, or equipment maintenance a plus

-1+ year of wastewater treatment experience preferred

-Waste Water Treatment Level 1 and Waste Water Collection License Level 1 preferred (not required)

Must-Haves:

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

-Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

$15–$30/hour
