Sales Representative/Manager Full Time

Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 OTE (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

Your Mission

Own and grow the full front end of the sales engine. You’ll close warm inbound leads from digital, repeat, and referral channels while building your own pipeline through B2B and strategic partnerships. This is a hybrid role for someone who can both create opportunity and convert it into revenue — a true builder and closer.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Closing warm residential leads and converting appointments into signed contracts

• Developing B2B referral partnerships (realtors, builders, property managers)

• Leading the full sales process (consultation → proposal → close → follow-up)

• Managing pipeline and forecasting consistent revenue

• Collaborating cross-functionally with production and marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in in-home or field sales (painting, roofing, solar, remodeling, etc.)

• Strong leadership ability (team management or readiness to step into leadership)

• Self-motivated with outbound prospecting capability

• Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking/reporting activity

• Confident in face-to-face sales, including evenings/weekends

• Reliable transportation and professional presence
