About Us:
Bowmans HVAC is a top-rated local company delivering transparent, high-quality heating and cooling services across Metro Atlanta.
What You’ll Do:
• Repair and install residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on system performance
• Use technology like ServiceTitan to manage service calls
• Ensure top-tier service and customer comfort every visit
Pay & Incentives:
$22–$36/hr depending on experience + bonuses
Paid overtime, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, company truck & phone
Schedule & Location:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours. On-call availability required.
Work out of McDonough, GA, serving Metro Atlanta.
Requirements:
• EPA Certified
• Four years of HVAC field experience, including two years of recent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Clean driving record and valid license
