Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
- Commitment to company values and quality standards.
- Ability to work on ladders up to 20 feet and in various weather conditions.
- Adherence to a no-smoking/vaping policy during work hours.
- Access to a vehicle daily and a valid Ontario Driver’s License
Additional pay:
- Performance Pay (based on personal and company results)
