Production Field Manager

Vertical Roofing is hiring a Production Field Manager in Tampa, FL or Denver, CO, with pay of $24 to $27 per hour. You will run commercial and residential roofing projects from preconstruction through final inspection, leading crews, coordinating materials, and protecting quality and schedule across every job.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Work closely with commercial and residential sales teams to ensure projects match scope and customer expectations.

• Interpret roof takeoffs and develop complete, accurate replacement scopes.

• Conduct preconstruction walkthroughs with crews before each project begins.

• Prepare material orders and coordinate purchasing through the CRM.

• Inspect installations in progress, address issues in real time, and approve completed work.

• Maintain detailed job notes in the CRM and stay current on roofing systems, products, and local building codes.
