About This Role

Sales Development Representative

Seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering value through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers across target markets and industries.

Outreach – Engage prospects through multiple channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.

Product/Service Presentations – Conduct compelling and customized demos or presentations to highlight solutions that meet customer needs.

Relationship Management – Build trust with decision-makers, nurture long-term partnerships, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Sales Closure – Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

CRM & Reporting – Accurately manage sales pipelines, track progress, and maintain detailed records of interactions.

Market Feedback – Share insights to help refine sales strategies and product/service offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Comfortable leveraging CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, services, or industries.

Experience engaging with international or U.S.-based customers is a plus.
