Project Consultant

This is a performance role with uncapped commission and real earning potential ($70K–$135K+).

We’re looking for a closer. At APS, we don’t hire order takers.

We hire people who can walk into a home, lead the consultation, earn confidence, and help customers make the best decision.

But let’s be clear: If you need guaranteed pay to stay motivated, this role may not be a fit. This is for someone who wants to be paid based on effort, skill, and results and wouldn’t have it any other way.

What you’ll be doing:

• In-home consultations & detailed proposals

• Following a proven sales process

• Closing residential & commercial painting projects

• Generating at least 25% of your own leads

• Networking (BNI/Chamber), canvassing, and representing us at events

• Maintaining close rates and gross profit targets

This role is 100% in-person — meeting homeowners face-to-face, building trust, and closing high-value projects across the Denver metro.
