Top Pick Painters is growing — and we’re looking for a driven, competitive, and coachable Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team.

Compensation

• Commission-only structure on closed jobs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Schedule and attend painting estimate appointments with homeowners

• Conduct professional on-site walkthroughs to assess project scope

• Generate detailed quotes using company software and pricing systems

• Present and close estimates on-site (target: 50% closing rate)

• Follow up on pending quotes and nurture warm leads

• Assist with lead generation through:

  • Door-to-door outreach

  • Cold calling

  • Community engagement

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth job handoffs

Who This Role Is For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of sales experience (required)

• Are confident speaking with homeowners face-to-face

• Can handle objections and close decisively

• Are highly self-motivated and disciplined

• Want commission-based income with no ceiling

• Are comfortable with outbound marketing (door-to-door / cold calling)

• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Are committed to ongoing sales training and self-development
