Job Site Supervisor

Bill Ragan Roofing Company is hiring a Job Site Supervisor in Nashville, TN. Pay is $50,000 to $65,000 per year with a company vehicle provided. You will be the boots-on-the-ground presence on residential roofing jobs, starting crews, holding the line on quality, and keeping homeowners in the loop.

• You bring construction experience (roofing experience is a plus, not required)

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Start jobs with crews and confirm the work is set up correctly from day one

• Monitor crew progress and flag issues to leadership

• Keep every job site clean, safe, and professionally presented

• Communicate with homeowners clearly and proactively throughout the job

• Document job progress in CompanyCam and report status to the office daily

• Learn BRRC installation standards and represent the company on every site
